Make a weight loss salad dressing in 30 seconds from scratch

I never buy any bottled salad dressing any more. It is so easy to make dressing.

Really, simple as pie, oh no don’t say pie, you know how fattening that is.

Fat or no fat but some fats are essential and good for you. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good for you.
Other oils like grape seed oil and canola are good too, just make sure they are cold pressed.
When an oil it not cold pressed it makes the oil bad for you.

So pour on some Olive Oil, not too much, but a fair enough amount. Oil makes salad feel much more filling too.

The trick is the nice bottles of spices you already have. There are some very good blended seasonings too.
Pasta blend
garlic
basil
cajun spice seasoning
pesto mix
garlic salt
lemon pepper

These are a few I like ot use. There are lots more. parmesan cheese power is great

Vinegar, I like white wine vineger and add a little bit.

Making these yourself is lower calorie, you can vary it depending on what looks good that day, and you will save money. Like 1/3 the cost this way.
